In this class we will be exploring ingredients such as fish sauce, rice noodles, fresh herbs, lemongrass, & lime will be used to create some of my favorite dishes.

We will be balancing flavors of the orient : sweet, salty, sour, and spicy! Our menu starts with create Cha gro – spring rolls that are deep fried and served wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves with traditional dipping sauces.  We then progress to Vietnamese Pho: a fragrant broth served with rice noodles, thinly sliced proteins, fresh herbs, sprouts & lime. This will be created in an instant pot pressure cooker to speed up the time but still retain the beautiful complex flavors that pho is known for.

We then move to Bun cha, a favorite with grilled pork meatballs or lemongrass chicken,served with noodles fresh salad, pickles & freshly made nuoc cham sauce.

Vietnamese food at its finest come join us!

Minimum of 4 people for Class. All cooking equipment & aprons bottles jars if required are provided.  Please advise of any food allergies prior to class.
