In this class we will be exploring ingredients such as fish sauce, rice noodles, fresh herbs, lemongrass, & lime will be used to create some of my favorite dishes.

We will be balancing flavors of the orient : sweet, salty, sour, and spicy! Our menu starts with Vietnamese Pho: a fragrant broth served with rice noodles, thinly sliced proteins, fresh herbs, sprouts & lime. This will be created in an instant pot pressure cooker to speed up the time but still retain the beautiful complex flavors that pho is known for.

We then move to Bun cha, a favorite with grilled pork meatballs or lemongrass chicken that we serve with noodles fresh salad, pickles & freshly made nuoc cham sauce.
