Join us at Cooked from Scratch for an immersive Vietnamese cooking experience, where we explore the art of balancing sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors!
🥢 On the menu:
Rice Paper Roll Platter – Learn the technique of rolling fresh Vietnamese Gỏi Cuốn, filled with prawns & a peanut dipping sauce.
Pho – A fragrant, slow-simmered broth served with rice noodles, thinly sliced beef or chicken, fresh herbs, and lime.
Bún Chả – Hanoi-style grilled pork meatballs or lemongrass chicken, served with rice noodles, salad, pickled vegetables & a homemade nuoc cham dipping sauce.
