Join us at Cooked from Scratch for a vibrant, hands-on cooking experience celebrating the bold, colourful flavours of Spanish cuisine. This class brings together everything we love about food — warmth, generosity, storytelling, and dishes designed to be shared with the people you love.
We’ll create a beautiful spread of authentic Spanish tapas before bringing the class together around a stunning, saffron-infused paella cooked over flame. It’s relaxed, joyful, and perfect for anyone who loves the magic of shared cooking.
What You’ll Learn to Cook
Our tapas menu bursts with flavour, colour, and the spirit of Spain:
• Gambas al Ajillo – sizzling garlic prawns with chilli & smoked paprika
• Crispy Patatas Bravas – served with traditional brava sauce & aioli
• Chorizo al Vino Tinto – chorizo gently simmered in Spanish red wine
And then… the hero of the day:
Traditional Paella Valenciana
A deeply flavoured paella crafted with saffron, smoky paprika, seasonal local produce, and your choice of chicken or seafood.
Cooked over the flame for true Spanish authenticity.
After the Cooking… We Feast!
We gather around the long table to enjoy everything you’ve created, paired with a glass of Granite Belt wine.
