Under Lizzie’s guidance, you’ll learn how to prepare delicate dumpling wrappers and create a variety of delicious fillings using fresh, seasonal ingredients. We’ll cover shaping techniques for classic dumplings, as well as cooking methods like steaming, pan-frying, and boiling.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a confident cook, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to recreate these crowd-pleasing favorites at home. The class finishes with everyone sitting down to share a feast of freshly made dumplings together, paired with dipping sauces and sides. Learn a variety of wrapping/ folding methods and then we enjoy the fruits of your labor with a sit down meal.

Minimum of 4 people for Class. All cooking equipment & aprons bottles jars if required are provided. Please advise of any food allergies prior to class.
