Great fun to get a group of people together and make a variety of dumplings from meat eaters, pescatarian, vegetarian to vegan all with your own hand made dough. This is a favorite with our ladies weekend and always has lots of laughs and fun & whats more you get to enjoy your tasty treats!

Ingredients  you can choose to make your own personalized dumplings include;

•     Spices: Chilli, Spring onion, Shallots, Ginger, Chinese Chives, Garlic
•     Seasoning and Sauce: Soy Sauce, Black Vinegar, Hoisin, Fish Sauce, Chilli Oil, Rice Wine
•     Vegetables: Wombok, Mushrooms, Water Chestnuts, Carrot, Peas, Sweet Corn, Water Chestnuts
•     Meats: Pork, Chicken, Beef
•     Seafood: Fish, prawns

You will also learn how to make your own dumpling wrappers!!  A glass of wine to match is included in your class to enjoy when we have created our little dumplings to share.

So much fun then you get to steam fry or boil them and par with different dipping sauces.  Great fun and a favorite class!

Minimum of 6 people for Class. All cooking equipment & aprons bottles jars if required are provided.  Please advise of any food allergies prior to class.
