Sabo’s on Severn is run by Lizzie & Joe Sabo, passionate food lovers and long-time Granite Belt locals.

Lizzie

Chef, cooking instructor, gardener, fermenter, and collector of over 8,000 cookbooks — she brings creativity and heart to every class and meal.

Joe

The steady, warm host who welcomes everyone with a smile, tends the fires, nurtures the gardens, and makes guests feel instantly at home.

Together, they’ve created a place where guests arrive as travellers and leave as friends.
