Italian 02 – Focaccia, Two Ravioli & Tiramisu

In this hands on class we be creating a seasonal focaccia, two stuffed ravioli one with chicken & prosciutto and the other with ricotta spinach & fresh herbs one served in a traditional sugo sauce and another in a garlic olive oil. To We finish we will make the Italian favorite dessert tiramisu. All served with a glass of local vino to wash it down… now whats not to enjoy with that & who doesn’t enjoy Italian!
We will teach you tips and tricks for creating perfectly cooked and flavorful pasta dishes. You’ll learn about the importance of using fresh ingredients, how to properly season your pasta, and how to cook it to perfection. And best of all, you’ll get to enjoy your creations at the end of the class!
