Welcome to our Monthly Cooked from Scratch Supper Club, where we embark on a culinary journey through the pages of cookbooks and across diverse cuisines and cultures each month. Our supper club is not just about sharing recipes but also about celebrating the richness and diversity of global gastronomy,  its also about our local produce and producers and how the Granite Belt has some of the most amazing produce & producers around, we want to show case them as a part of this journey of discover together.

Each month, we select a cookbook/cookbooks that showcases a particular cuisine or cultural tradition, inviting members to explore a variety of dishes inspired by its pages.  We also look at kitchen tools gadgets and techniques whats new and how to use it is also one of the focuses for 2025…what do you have lurking in the cupboard that has yet to be used or  how do you use it?

From the comforting flavors of Italian trattorias to the vibrant spices of Indian kitchens, our supper club embraces the world’s culinary tapestry. One month, we might delve into the art of French cooking with recipes from a renowned chef’s cookbook. The next, we could be savoring the aromas of Moroccan tagines and couscous dishes passed down through generations.

But our exploration doesn’t stop there. In addition to cookbooks, we also incorporate recipes sourced from various cultures and cuisines, ensuring a truly eclectic dining experience. Whether it’s mastering the delicate art of sushi-making or learning the secrets of traditional Hungarian goulash sauce, there’s always something new and exciting to discover at our supper club.

As we gather around the table to enjoy these culinary treasures, we not only satisfy our appetites but also foster a deeper appreciation for the diverse flavors and traditions that unite us as global citizens. Join us each month as we come together to cook, share, and celebrate the delicious tapestry of world cuisine.
